  • Senior Java Engineer

    Bokan Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is looking for full time senior Java Developer, offering a competitive salary package and benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    To write back end & middle tier software using Struts, Spring, Hibernate, & J2EE.

    This position will require excellent read & written communication skills in English.

    Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and innovative.

    Musts:

    Expert knowledge of: Hibernate, Spring, Struts 2.0, Junit, SQL, XML.

    Mastery & Practical experience using OOD and Design Patterns.

  • Strategic Alliances Sales Manager

    The Strategic Alliances Sales Manager will be responsible for the strategic development of key US accounts through strategic partner channels. The SASM will be responsible for developing channel relationships and account strategies. This individual will work with existing sales team to develop multilevel relationships in key accounts.

    Qualifications:

    MA or BA Degree

    CxO Level sales experience
    Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with senior level individuals.

    Experience managing major accounts.

    Understanding of three key partner channels – tool vendors, system integrators and software vendors.

    Market development skills in technology consulting services.

    Long term vision towards channel sales relationships.

    Strong business development acumen with understanding of customer issues, market directions, operational functions, and utilization of best practices.

    Critical understanding of major account selling processes and strategies.

    Ability to recognize and develop business utilizing partners, programs, and services.

    Excellent negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Senior Testing Engineer - Performance Testing

    Experience: 3 - 4 years

    Roles and responsibilities:

    Should be able to conduct design reviews, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point.

    Ability to develop and execute performance test scripts. Analyze the test execution reports and report them.

    Analyze the performance test execution reports, spot performance bottle necks, suggest changes to help improve

    Ability to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from performance view point

    Act as a guide/mentor talented individuals

    Skills required/background:

    He/she must have used either MI Load Runner or RadView Web Load in his/her previous projects.

    Work experience in Jmeter is a major plus
    Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects

    Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language.

    Proven expertise either in Web Technologies (.NET and J2EE), Client/Server or different flavors of UNIX.

    Should posses a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college

  • Team Leader - Performance Testing

    Experience: 4 - 6 years

    Roles and responsibilities:

    Should be able to build utilities/programs to profile, trace, analyze and report information across technology stack components.

    Review and evaluate system architecture from Performance view point and offer suggestions to improve
    Independently manage complexity projects and work with client directly

    Directly responsible for different areas with in testing such as defect management, test ware management, test estimation, test reporting, test metrics, testing techniques etc...

    Thoroughly reviews the work done by the team members and assumes complete ownership for the quality of the deliverables

    Responsible to plan, execute and report the work done with explicit clarity and high degree of details

    Skills required/background:

    He/she must be an expert in either MI Load Runner or RadView Web Load. Work experience in Jmeter is a major plus

    Proven experience in leading performance testing projects. Played TL role for at-least about 1year or more.

    Knowledgeable on wide variety of technology stack components (Operating systems/Data bases/Network/programming languages/system utilities...) .

    Proven expertise in Web Technologies (.NET and J2EE), Client/Server and different flavors of UNIX.

    Recognized industry certification in the areas of testing/technology will be a major plus

    Should posses a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college.

  • Field Sales - Territory Manager

    Territory Location:

    Bokan is hiring for most territories in the United States. We are currently focusing on hiring in California, Boston and New York.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    Generating new accounts and revenue streams for Bokan while achieving annual sales quota. This includes identifying and securing new business with large, enterprise organizations not currently working with Bokan.

    Strategic, executive-level selling of Global Quality Assurance testing, Development, and Consulting services.

    Territory management activities including forecasting, account planning and strategy.

    Providing appropriate documentation of client communications and interactions to Bokan management.

    Skills required/background:

    Five years minimum experience in field sales providing software or IT services. Ten years IT sales experience is preferred.

    Extensive track record of sales i.e. a "rolodex" within the sales territory is expected.

    Must be able to demonstrate large account sales success; including executive-level relationships, account penetration, solution selling, and coordination of multi-site account management.

    Must have excellent communications skills – both written and verbal.

    Must be capable and comfortable presenting to senior executives and/or large audiences.

    Familiarity with contact management tools including Salesforce.com.

    Must have the ability to travel within the region – between 20% to 40% travel is required.

    Must have the ability to work in a team environment with a positive disposition.

    Consultative selling experience is also required, preferably in a team-based customer engagement process.

    Experience working independently from a home office may be required. In other cases, working from the Philadelphia office may be part of the job requirement.

  • Technical Services Manager

    Experience: 8 – 10 years

    Technical Skills:

    Must have very good OOAD skills and experience

    Must have knowledge on Platform based architectures like J2EE and .Net platforms

    Must have pre-sales and proposal writing skills

    Project Management Skills:

    Should have led Development projects, playing PM role or more,for at-least about 3 years or more, preferably multiple projects at a time.

    Must have enough exposure, more than one project, of full life cycle development

    Must have good exposure to different types of project life cycles
    He/She must have very good process orientation, knowledge and appreciation

    Must have worked in Process oriented organizations

    Must have very good team management and customer inter facing skills

    Must be able to mentor multiple Project leads
